We are grateful that this practice is in our area. The staff have been great. Never have felt oversold on care for our animals (we have two cats). All doctors we’ve met here have truly been excellent. Generally fairly good parking, sometimes the lot gets a bit busy, there is a Starbucks next door so they share the local parking lot. Totally would recommend this practice. 👍🏼

My first appointment here was great, then that Dr retired. The vet techs are very sloppy, my cat was a mess when I got her back from a blood draw, took me weeks to brush out all the knots from whatever they got in her fur. In addition, they left her arm wrapped so tight it was impossible to get off without a fight, took me about 1-2 hours to get the bandage off while my cat was in visible discomfort from the wrap being so tight and no way to unwrap it (usually vet offices provide a flap to easily remove). Then I had a teeth cleaning done and she was more matted than the previous visit, plus smelled extremely foul. In my cats 11 years of life she has NEVER had matted fur. Then, for some reason I decided it was a good idea return and get a urinalysis test, they never provided the results. Complete waste of money. I continuously get contacted by automated texts and emails to get more shots that they claimed to already give my cat, yet I honestly still don't know what she actually received. The Dr always feels rushed and not personable, doesn’t listen to what you have to say.. Front staff is young, rude, and unprofessional. Overall a pretty bad experience, I would not recommend this place and am not sure why they have high ratings.

Dr. Popp is awesome with both my dogs! One of them is really anxious but somehow he gets comfortable with her a lot quicker than other vets we’ve been to. She also doesn’t push you for tests/vaccines unless there is a good reason to do them. We also refilled one of my dogs’ heartworm medication here, which turns out to be a tad cheaper than on Chewy. Also, props to the front desk, it was a busy morning, but they stayed absolutely on top of it. They can certainly use a bigger lobby though. It gets packed when it’s busy

I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this review simply becoz I COULD NOT wait any longer to praise how amazing this clinic specifically Dr Stanley Ueno!!! He’s just incredibly knowledgeable, personal and experienced!!!! We did chest X-ray today and blood work. We chatted about heart meds and my dog’s recent trip to Paris !! Marked this my usual go-to from now on!!!

I am changing my review because they have been very helpful in correcting the errors of South Bay animal hospital- who not only refused to correct their mistake but led my dog to experience unneeded pain and suffering. Dealing with that other vet helped put in perspective that this place is great! (They are just also very busy )
