The process of filling prescriptions through Dermatology for Animals to get food feels like extortion. Every month, we wonder if we are going to be able to feed our dog or not. D4A holds our food for ransom by putting us though an excruciating prescription process. We call, sometimes they call back. We call again, they decide if they should let our dog starve or not. We beg for a renewall of a food prescription that he's been on for 5 years, they decide to write one. Days pass and we don't receive it. Call again. They don't send it to Chewy, but to us. In snail mail. Now I need to scan it. Chewy doesn't even let us upload the document. We need to open a special chat session with them. Our dog has been on the same food for 5 years, and it's been working well. We are responsible pet owners trying to feed for our dog, but D4A deliberately sabotages us. We had an unlimited prescription that they cancelled and converted to some monthly amount. Sometimes 6 months, sometimes 1, sometimes 12. We never know. They don't tell us. We wait weeks to get a prescription in the mail. We scan. We try to upload, but doesn't work. PDF's not allowed. Screenshot convert to png. Chewy finally accepts after lengthy chat session. See you next month when we start the process again. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Please, D4A, this isn't working. Please stop extorting us. We just want to feed our dog.

Have been taking our dog for environmental allergies to D4A. Their sublingual immunotherapy has been very effective in reducing lesions significantly. We used to apply Duoxo pretty much everyday during allergy season but now it has reduced a lot. Vets are friendly and would recommend this place.

Staff and doctors are always so nice and take the best care of our Sir Hugo Squishy Paws. Being allergic to almost everything that grows in this area has been such a struggle. Dr. Hudec formulated an immunotherapy protocol for Hugo and we’ve been slowly working toward not being allergic to the Bay Area.
