Healthy Paws response to claims is exceptional. Our submissions are reviewed, approved, with reimbursement deposited in our bank within days. Customer service has also routinely emailed us to follow-up on our pets' treatment and see how they are feeling/healing. Customer service is fantastic and it's clear we're more than a number.
