My experience today with Aileen and customer care was 10-STARS! Pet insurance has become very complicated, much like personal health insurance, with a lot of of options and benefits. She helped me walk through all of my options and carefully explain the benefits for each and all helping me make the best possible choice for myself and Mr. Waffles. I thought the price was very straightforward and competitive and I’m looking forward to having my pets insured with this company for years to come. Speedy reimbursement
I took my dog in for her yearly check up. I sent my claim in, my vet sent their paperwork and I had my reimbursement 3 days later. That is some speedy work.

Pumpkin is very responsive
Pumpkin is very responsive. Pumpkin delivers what it promises. I'm so glad that Pumpkin is my pet insurance company because our puppy, Willow needed vet care! It's the first time that I've ever bought pet insurance, and I'm so glad that I did.

Like most pet insurance there is a scam…
Like most pet insurance there is a scam aspect to it. You really don’t get the coverage you get in human medical insurance. I used embrace for 5 years and the rates have gone up between 20% and 35% each year, so I constantly have raise my deductible and decrease my yearly aggregate amount they pay. I have swithed to Prudent Pet insurance and saved 1300 for the year for the same coverage, so let’s see what happens. Not sure why embrace invited me to review when I just canceled my policy?

I’ve been searching for pet insurance for my cat which has been overwhelming! My experience with Josh Sabado was wonderful. He was beyond helpful & knowledgeable with all the questions I asked. It didn’t feel like I was speaking to an advisor but to a person who also is a pet owner & I could ask him about his knowledge of pet insurance.
