My experience was a bit difficult using their online name change registration because the app doesn’t recognize symbols characters, which was inputting different. You have only one chance to do a name change! So, it was a bit stressful when you see the name on screen being from outer space! Lol BUT, it got ALL STRAIGHTENED OUT & THEY FIXED MY Typos ERROR ASAP!
