They deny almost every claim you submit. No matter what medical records you provide. Whether you have the wellness policy or not. To be blunt, it's a waste of time and money. I would suggest looking at alternative pet insurance bc this one will not benefit you. I just cancelled.

Really clear coverage. Easy to send claims and really quick payments sent. It gives me a lot of comfort as a new puppy owner with lots of vet expenses to have a lot of the bills covered easily through your insurance. It has been an excellent experience to date.
