The coverage that Trupanion offers is undoubtedly the best in the market and correspondingly the price is higher compared to their competitors. Because of that I had high expectations for their customer service which Anica went over and beyond! She provided one of the most friendly, efficient, and informative service that I already raved about my experience with my friends and family!! I rate my experience 200 out of 100%!!
The claim was well handled and very fair. Only concern I have is we pay $249.00 per month for the two dogs we have. The claim we had was paid $549.00 out of just over $700.00 bill from the vet. That is fair. Have not had any other claims for a long time but still pay $249.00 every month. Very high
