I have had Trupanion for 11 years for my dog. They have always processed my claims quickly and have kept me informed at every level. Trupanion has always stand by their policy in protecting my dog. I am very satisfied with their service and I always recommend Trupanion to everyone! Thank you!!

I have had this insurance since May 2019 and my dog was 12 years old. I have never filed a claim before but now when he needs an MRI for muscle weakness in his hind legs it was denied. They say it was pre-existing.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Trupanion, online and on the phone, since getting the policy. Coverage has been what I expected and reimbursement has been quick. My puppy got very ill unexpectedly and I don’t know what I would have done without my Trupanion policy!

I had never even called Trupanion to ask questions about claims. Then our wonderful Brinkley had a congestive heart failure episode. Even with it being our first claim the response from Trupanion’s response was outstanding. They communicated with me and the claims were paid within an amazing time period. Thank you Trupanion! I had gotten the recommendation from my vet. I came home went online and got a quote, did not sign up at that time. Hours later got a message saying that since I had just brought my new puppy to the vet you would waive 30 day waiting period. Followed link in email, kept going to previous quote. After I signed up, got email saying I had a 30 day waiting period. I continued to receive emails telling me that I was eligible for waiving the 30 day waiting period but I had to sign up soon. I had already signed up, but the link from the email would only send me back to original quote. HAD TO CALL to find out why the offer wasn't honored. I was told that I would receive a new policy showing that the 30 days was waived. I have NOT received a copy of the new policy yet. My Policy # is TU0003787583. And as I said, I have yet to recieve the offer I was told I was eligible for. I can't give it a better rating due to it not honoring the offer.

I had a simple question and she immediately knew the answer. It's nice knowing that Trupanion is there to help my furbaby.
