Easy to use
This is my first time using pet insurance so I was nervous submitting the bill for claim reimbursement. It was pretty straightforward and there was a little hiccup but i was able to get that sorted out with customer service. The direct deposit was prompt and within reasonable time. Great experience so far

This is just another claim for my Golden Retriever who loves to get into trouble. The claim process is easy and fast and the reimbursement is more quick than before. I sent the claim 02-12-25 and got the deposit on my account on 02-24-25, used to take around a month before.
