Trupanion App made submission easy and painless. Claims review was conducted quickly and all covered charges were approved with reimbursement following within a day or two. With exception of premiums which have risen steadily since joining Trupanion policy, very satisfied with Trupanion.

DONT GET THIS INSURANCE COMPANY
Just garbage, been paying for 8 years, file a claim for a fractured tooth due to an accident. denied because removal is apparently "secondary" to the accident or some bs reason, what a crock.

Cost was no object.
While nothing is perfect, the experience with Trupanion was exceptional. My 7 year old GSD had a very bad reaction to the annual shots and required some very expensive treatments. Unfortunately, my Rebel didn't make it in the end, but the means to pay was never in doubt. Money was never the blocker but reality sometimes deals experience. Thanks Trupanion for being there.
