Service à la clientèle en ligne , une expérience humaine!

je m'abonne à Trupanion, car j'ai eu un échange Exceptionnel sur le chat, avec Meriel. Wow! Elle m'a fait vivre une expérience en ligne humaine que je ne croyais pas possible. Meriel mérite une médaille pour sa finesse de capter l'humain. De métier je suis une recruteur RH senior et j'ai l'habitude d'échanger avec l'humain. Rare sont les fois que je prends la peine d'écrire pour donner mes commentaires, mais cette fois-ci il fallait que j'écrive car Meriel est une employée Hors-Norme...comme on dit en anglais, " She goes the extra mile". J'espère qu'avec mon opinion qu'une faveur lui revient car elle le mérite haut la main. Si jamais je dois faire appel à vos services , ce que j'espère je n'aurai pas besoin ;-) , c'est avec Meriel que je veux faire appel.
