Rejection of claims
Seems every insurance claim is first rejected for not enough information from the veterinarian when in fact because they are dealing with Embrace they take extra care in supply additional information, thus delaying any reimbursements.

Fast claim approval and repayment
My dog had to have emergency surgery on Christmas Eve. I put in a claim on 12/26 and on 12/31 my claim was approved and on 1/2, the money was in my account. I can’t believe it was so quick and easy.

If theres 0 stars i ll gladly give it to this insurance the shittiest money hungry insurance ever run away u ll be spending on your pet and pay the insurance these people will not cover u and its a joke an exam per year its like no point im spending 24 dollar more on insurance u dont get nothing back

I called the customer service line and my call was answered by Danielle. She provided polite, professional and excellent service. When there was an issue with the phone lines, she called me back three times to ensure she was able to address each of my concerns. She deserves a promotion!

Look elsewhere for pet insurance.
I have had Embrace for 4 years as it is a preferred provider of USAA (which I am a member). To be honest, I am extremely unhappy with this provider. I have had the insurance for 4 years and have NEVER made a claim and my premium just doubled! Yes doubled! It was already extremely high to begin with. My pet insurance premium is now more expensive then my car insurance and my renters insurance combined! I will be finding a new insurance provider and plan on canceling my policy with Embrace asap. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for pet insurance.
