The quality of coverage is unmatched
The quality of coverage is unmatched. I have preventative, accident/illness coverage for both of my dogs and ultimately it’s the utmost peace of mind. Having to receive care no longer leaves me worried about the financial aspect of making decisions. My only dissatisfaction is really around operational excellence and lack of attention to detail from a claims processing standpoint. On multiple occasions I’m told you all are awaiting documents that have already been provided. On one occasion specifically, the documents provided had been added to a completely new claim rather than the open claim, which increased processing time and resulted in me reaching out in confusion.

Useless piece of money grabbers
Got a claim assigned first to an adjuster who just left the company. Took me a week to get that fixed. The new adjuster can't get his act together. Made me tell him the same thing I told in my claim and that I told the assessor that was sent by the insurance company. Assessor took photos and filed a complete report. Adjuster told me to send him photos because he didn't notice that they were already in the report. Then I got passed to some "special investigator", who made me tell him the same thing again. Now they're waiting to talk to a contractor who was doing some work on the outside of my house the same day that the water damage occurred on the second floor of my house. It has been a month since I filed the claim for interior water damage and they still haven't done anything!!!!

The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She had to call back a few ties because I was unable to figure out how to get to things on my phone

Definitely recommend
I love the exclusive line Costco members have whenever I call and have questions about the policy. They answer quickly and the customer service is always friendly and very informative. I’ve had a few claims and have had no issues. They’ve paid me within a day or two. As long as there’s no pre existing conditions there should be no issues. It’s affordable and I like that I can customize my policy. I’m very happy overall and glad I found them through my membership with Costco.

I now gave 3 dogs on ASPCA
I now gave 3 dogs on ASPCA. I tried a different insurance for my puppy that is a rescue. I went with the insurance the rescue recommended, not nearly as organized as ASPCA. I thank you for helping me with my Senior, adult and puppy with peace of mind.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. I bought Nationwide Pet Insurance for my dog 3 yrs ago simply to give some peace of mind if there was an illness/injury that was very expensive. The website is deceptive unless you want to read the many pages of fine print while trying to predict which condition your pet will someday have. When my dog needed an expensive procedure, Nationwide said there is a $485 limit on the said procedure. The entirety of the expenses (multiple visits, re-checks, meds, etc.) was in the $4000-$5000 range. And you only paid 10%. THIS IS NOT INSURANCE - IT IS A SCAM!
