Difficiculty getting reimbursement
I purchased pet insurance on line from Lemonade. I told them that he is a rescue with no known history because he is from Turkey, and they still approved us for insurance. I also purchased the extra add-ons for wellness. Now Coby had to have an x-ray and was prescribed some medications and they won't give me reimbursement. They are impossible to reach on the phone so I can discuss this with them. I will definitely be switching companies when this year is up. Do mot use Lemonade Pet Insurance.

Signing up for Pet insurance was a breeze, they contacted the vet for the paperwork.

Easiest most stress free experience

I have been so pleased with this service! I got Rocky a few months ago as a 12 week old rescue pup so needless to say I have been at the vet often recently.
