Decent premiums, quick reimbursement turnaround.
Decent monthly premiums. You can choose your deductible and I always get reimbursed within approx 5 to 6 days after I've submitted a claim. So far it's been a good company to have our insurance with. (We have cats and a dog.)

I absolutely love SPOT and I recommend it to friends and family all the time. The process to submit a claim is simple, the time to process is efficient. They have been very helpful and caring for the times I had to call to inquire about my policy or to ask any questions about anything related to a claim or my pet.
