Great company
I’m very grateful for the support and service I received from my pet health insurance. They were quick, fair, and efficient with every claim I submitted, and the reimbursement process was always smooth. When my cat became seriously ill, they handled everything with compassion and understanding. They even covered the cost of euthanasia when it became the only humane option. Shame on your Healthy Paws for this Bait and switch
I like many of the folks on this thread have had this insurance since 2016 for a small dog who has been healthy and robust all of his life despite having a heart murmur from birth. My rates have increased exponentially in the past couple of years and I am so frustrated and upset by the feeling of being taken advantage of by this company. I am actively trying to research other insurances, and I’ve also reached out to the California government for assistance as these rate increases are not commensurate with aging animals and the rate of their visits to the vet. Shame on you, Healthy Paws.
