Jeremy, answered all of my questions with knowledgeable answers. He was empathetic and listened to my stories on how we saved 5 kittens and ended up keeping all of them. As having nationwide as my pet insurance for over 10 years, it was a no brainer to get the kitties on board. The process was easy and smooth. Such an unfair fault decision
I was driving straight through an intersection from a stop sign. I had already made a complete stop and ensured the road was clear. At the time I proceeded, there were no vehicles approaching from my right side. As I continued driving straight through the intersection, another vehicle suddenly approached from the right without stopping at their designated stop sign. They entered the intersection at speed and struck the front right side of my vehicle, causing significant damage to the wheel and making my car undrivable.The other driver failed to stop at the stop sign as required by traffic law. I believe they are at fault for failing to yield and for disobeying the stop sign.So how can It consider as 50% fault? They are forcefully putting me at 50% fault just showing the reason I don't have dashcam+witness.What a terrible excuse! From the damage It's literally proven how the accident can happen.
