worthless, takes weeks to get any kind of response from the company, the claim will take forever, if they deny it for the wrong reasons itll take weeks more. terrible, please don't waste your time here

Did not pay claims even with appeals
I submitted 4 or 5 for over $500 claims for my dogs on going staph infection. Initially denied, and then the appeal was denied based on skin allergies/skin issues. Even with the vets notes that these were not due to allergies or normal skin allergies.

Best pet insurance!!
I never had to worry about an invoice or any unforsern problems. They are respectful compassionate and fast in dealing with Sonny's cancer treatment.

Customer service is VERY poor. Help is never available.
We’ve had problems. Many claims are denied or considered incomplete. When we call we never get an answer or if we leave a message we don’t get a callback. I’m SO unhappy with this company.

Embrace- I would highly recommend it without any reservations
Great coverage and a wonderful customer service. Quick reimbursements. I ve had Embrace for almost 10years, for all my 4 kitties. Its been a life saver, because 2 of them battled serious illnesses : cancer and kidney failure. Without insurance we could not have afforded the medical treatment. I am so grateful for Embrace. One of the best decisions of my life was to get the insurance through them.
Without any hesitation I am recommending it to all pet parents.

No problem getting reimbursed properly but it takes a while.
Slow claims returns and for some reason they duplicated my claims. So I got duplicate eobs. The one that came through first showed 0 paid because it was duplicate. Not very easy to follow along. But after combing through everything we were reimbursed in accordance with our plan terms. No fighting for reimbursement. Claims turn around about 2.5 weeks.

My lab chewed on a toxic tree
Lab ate toxic tree parts and spent whole day at vet getting charcoal and IV, I thought bloodwork after eating something toxic would have been covered but overall the experience was super easy, I didnt have to do anything since the vets submitted all the paperwork for the claim, and the money was deposited promptly
