I am shocked at one of your commercials, it starts out with a young girl and a word bleeped out. Shame on Spot ins. I was looking for insurance for my cat but will look elsewhere. Is this how you want your company to be known for. Cursing and bleeping? You know I am but one person, and one person means nothing to a company like you. But will all my hopes and prayers, I hope I will not be just one person. Shame.

We had a sudden injury to our Lizzy and we contacted Spot. Spot was quick to contact our veterinarian and get all information needed and started to process our claims. I am so happy with Spot, I will definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

Representative Jonathan at ext 6252 was very helpful and informative. Very patient and answered all my questions. Just overall friendly. He sat with me as we individually had to create policies for my 3 cats. Will be calling him back to insure my chinchillas!!

Great company
Great company , have never has an issue with a single claim . I got the policy when my dog was 9 weeks old, so pre existing conditions is not an issue . The only thing is I wish premiums weren’t increased as much as they are as dog gets older
