Waste of money
Waste of money. Didn’t accept a single claim I sent in for either of my cats (over a dozen claims). Spent about $300 for nothing. The two stars is for customer service, which was a positive experience.

Having Embrace insurance has given me the peace of mind that I can take care of my dogs' health without breaking the bank. I have had Embrace for about 11 years. I was able to afford the surgery to save my dog's life from "bloat" (stomach extension) and not worry about the cost.

I submitted a claim when my dog Biscuit experienced a brain swell.
I submitted a claim when my dog Biscuit had a brain swell. Woever rejected my claim shortly after it arrived apparently did not even read what was sent. Biscuit couldn't stand and his head kept turning to the left. I immediately took him to a hospital that I knew had a neurologist. Because I only purchased the policy a little over a month before this happened it was rejected because of orthopedic reasons (that being he couldn't stand). Also, the person took it upon him or herself to diagnose my dog with anorexia. Nowhere in the chart does it say he is anorexic, just that he isn't a big eater. He's a five pound Pomeranian and is incredibly fussy, as most little dogs seem to be. However, when I called to speak to someone I was told the second adjuster had just left for the day. I left my name and number and thought I would have to call back. To be honest, at this point I never expected a call back due to my experience so far. To my surprise Rebecca called me back and told me my claim was approved. Apparently someone who cared enough to actually read the chart realized it was meningitis. Rebecca could not have been any more professional, going as far was apologizing for any upset I experienced. I rated this only two stars due to how this claim was initially handled. Stay Away! Pest Best should be Pets Worst...
Stay Away!! I had pets best when my prior dog had cancer this way 1.5 years ago they were great. I adopted another dog who was found to have a heart murmur which just developed. I had tests etc... performed that cost close to 2k as under this garbage policy I got zero back. I called PB as the operator indicated she wanted to help, the help was getting this policy cancelled! Thankfully as my next premium was due in two days. They are quick to take your money and deny you on claims......I am going elsewhere. For those of you who are going to proceed with them be extremely cautious!!!!!!!

UPDATE - after giving Fetch bad reviews, their CS team called again to tell us its denied again. The reason for the denial...? Gingivitis. We go in for a yearly cleaning and we are getting denied on the cleaning because of gingivitis that can occur after 24 hrs. Your company is a bunch of crooks taking our monthly premium and denying claims due to frivolous reasons. Would not sign up ever. Below is our review of this company. We have a Maltese and do his yearly cleanings. We went from having healthy paws pet insurance since he was born and then switched to Fetch due to this being available through our work. Biggest mistake ever. We take our dog to get his yearly cleaning EVERY year. Our prior pet insurance never had issues but when we first did a claim for his cleaning and extractions through Fetch, they denied it based off pre-existing conditions (Gingivitis)!!!! Gingivitis can develop within 24 hours and they are denying the claim based off that!! We will be cancelling our membership and want you to know the disgust we have with Fetch.
