I told your people we switched to a new vet with a mobile service due to the virus and the first vet no longer serviced our dog ..and the new Dr saw her only once for annual shots and this minor ear issue...
I'm not pleased.. I'm not canceling yet but getting close too.. My friends said you're great I'm not convinced
