Used to be good—what happened?
When David was my claims processor things went well-informative, responsive, and quick. Now Jess is handling my claim and I haven’t had an answer since 9/27–it’s 10/13 today- and no one is responding to my request for information yet. My dog is scheduled for surgery and I wonder if this is how it goes for a C/T scan, what will happen with my future claim!? Frustrated. Just keeping me informed would do a lot.

What a relief it is to have this when you are dealing with a stressful situation.
I have been leery over the years to get pet insurance but after spending an INSANE amount of money on my cat years ago I decided maybe it isn't a bad thing after all. This has been easier to deal with than my own medical insurance. Very happy I have this. I am already stressed about what my dog is going through, I don't need to stress about the financial part of it too,

Trupanion is the BEST!!
As always Trupanion is the best! The representative was extremely helpful, very pleasant and at the end of our conversation asked me to give Tyson some healthy scratches! I never have had any problems with any of my claims. My dog suffers from a skin condition and the medication is pricey. I would and have recommended Trupanion to anyone with a pet. 10+
