Excellent Company - Highly Recommend!
Great company! They have excellent customer service, quick turnaround times for claims and reimbursement checks and they are kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone that is wondering if pet insurance is worth it - it 100% is worth it and it's important to do your research and choose the right company. Pets Best has been a very good insurance for our dog.
I have been pretty much pleased with your company. It was easy to file a claim and was explained to us when the claim was being processed and what to expected with the timeline in doing so. I appreciated the notifications of our claim and where in the process it was. I have recommended Pets Best to many of my friends and family members and to my clients.
