Easy to file claim, fast payment
My dog lost use of her back legs and we needed to see the vet fast. With all the stress filing the insurance claim was the easiest part of all. The turn around time for the payment was super fast. Made caring for my poor sick pup much easier. Thank you.

Nationwide's Whole Pet with Wellness Plan is wonderful. We have had it for the peace of mind, and it just came through big for us when we ended up needing it. Our silly, beloved pup somehow managed to find and eat a peach pit -- which had to be removed from her intestines via surgery. The result was 3 nights in the ICU and a hefty bill. I was able to get through to discuss the claim with Nationwide very quickly and easily; the Nationwide rep was competent, helpful and concerned for our pup; the claim submission process could not be more straightforward; and our claim was processed promptly with payment shortly thereafter. In short, the exact experience you hope for when opting for the pricier, comprehensive plan.
