Simple process, appreciate the app.
Having the app makes processing claims SO SIMPLE. I can snap a picture of the invoice and process claim within minutes, all from my phone. The reimbursement period is very quick and that is very much appreciated. When I've had to call customer service about questions on claims, the representatives have always been professional and informative. Glad to have Nationwide Pet Insurance.

Great Process!
Only had the policy a short time. Submitted a claim for spaying of our dog and it was processed in 3 days. Check sent the same day. Easy online process to submit the claim. Very satisfied with the insurance. Would highly recommend Pets Best!

Excellent Coverage & No Hassle Reimbursement
I've had many claims with Nationwide and they always pay with no argument and no hassle. The coverage is fantastic. I've heard many stories from friends who put in a claim with other pet insurance companies only to discover that their claim was denied and the coverage had many exclusions. I have never had this kind of experience, Nationwide has exceeded my expectations.

Fast, Simple, and Accurate
I have carried Nationwide pet insurance on Bailey since the day I picked her up at 8 weeks old. Coverage started immediately and after the deductible it covered 90% of everything Nationwide said they would cover. Four and a half years later we are still very pleased. Bailey is very healthy and I have tighter control over her healthcare costs. I wish my healthcare personal insurance was as easy to use and straight forward as Bailey's Nationwide policy. Trupanion is no fuss pet insurance
I have had Trupanion for over 10 years now and have used Trupanion on two of my three dogs. Both dogs had torn CCL’s. Trupanion covered as they stated they would, 90% of the bill. They made sure that I sent all paperwork related to the injury so that I got compensated for all the separate costs. Their phone team was very polite and also asked about my dogs. You can elect to have Trupanion send the check to you, or to your vet. They assisted me at every step and it was all very hassle free. They have encouraged me to also send any vet bill to them as you never know when something could happen and those other bills could possibly be applied to your deductible. I have recommended Trupanion to everyone I know who has a pet. It is a good feeling knowing I can get my pets any medical procedures they need without having to worry about the cost.

Fast and efficient
So grateful to have this insurance! Saved me a pretty penny and have me a lot of peace of mind when my pet was sick. Not only was the claim process quick and easy but I got my reimbursement in an efficient manner as well. Plus the staff checked in on us after our vet visit to make sure all was well.
