Still happy and on my third year . . .
I'm on my third year with Embrace coverage. While the premiums have increased more than I anticipated each year, I am still pleased with the polices and continue to recommend Embrace. Each of my claims have been processed quickly, they associates kept in frequent contact with me throughout the process, letting me know what stage they were in (we received you claim, we requested additional info from your vet, your claim was covered, etc.). All the staff has been helpful and easy to work with!

I am a veterinary technician and am the proud owner of two young kitties. I have owned pets all of my life and have been in this field for about 12 years. I have never been inclined to purchase pet insurance in the past because it has so many loopholes such as "per incident limits" and exclusions, such as cancer, or recurring illnesses, that I didn't think it was really worth it, especially sice I work in this field. When the rep came to talk to our hospital about Trupanion it was hands down the best Pet Insurance that I had ever seen. I started to think about the times when my animals got sick on the weekends, overnights, and holidays when I couldn't take them into my hospital, or when I would need a specialist, so I decided to give Trupanion a shot.....boy am I glad I did! My youngest cat ingested a foreign body (my son's foam building blocks) one week later, and there I was, in the emergency hopsital on a Sunday night at 10:00 pm. Long story short, she was hospitalized for 3 days and ended up having surgery to have the object removed. Trupanion covered 90%! That was 6 months ago, and my very unfortunate, (and not so bright)little kitty just had her second exploratory surgery for eating something else she shouldn't have, and Trupanion covered it all. The x-rays, ultrasound, surgery, hospital stay, all of it. I enrolled with Trupanion in the summer of 2010 and have paid ~ $250 dollars total, for both cats policy's. Good even in area with high vet prices
Very pleased. Although the payments are based on the average price of vet care, and we are in an area with very high prices, we have been pleased with the amount we have received from our claims. Excellent communication has kept us informed from the time they receive our claim till they pay. Our dogs have been insured for 3 years and we plan to continue our insurance. Every phone call has been answered by staff who has our best interests in mind.

Excellent service
I have 2 senior cats covered by Pets Best Insurance. One of my cats was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Meaning lots of visits to the vet and several blood tests. I'm so glad that I have Pets Best protection...claim process is very easy and you get your reimbursement in just a few days. I very much recommend Pets Best!!!

Excellent service!
For years I had considered subscribing to a pet insurance company. I was always afraid of buying a policy that could potentially turn into a hassle once a claim was submitted. I chose Embrace because of the cost of the policy in relation to the benefits offered. I just submitted my first claim last week and was very pleasantly surprised at the speed of communication regarding the review process as well as the refund itself. I am very happy that I chose Embrace as my pet's insurance company.

Surgery covered quick, easy
We're very happy to have Embrace pet insurance. Our 4 year old cat Kato ruptured his ACL, and both his exam and surgery were covered quickly and fairly at 80% (our chosen rate). There were no hidden exclusions or surprises. We were very happy with the coverage and the customer service. I only gave 8 of 10 because Kato also had a dental surgery, and we were disappointed to learn that the insurance does not cover dental. (Yes, we should have checked more thoroughly!) They have a special dental program but it would cost $300, and cover $400 worth of expenses. Overall we are very happy with Embrace and have recommended them to friends.

Pets Best provides superior service
I purchased pet insurance about four months ago for my dog because I thought it would be a smart decision even though there was no pressing need. My dog is only a year and half old and in great shape. Through the last few months I have only filed wellness claims for annual exams and shots and the experience has made me so happy of my decision. Pets Best insurance has handled all my claims incredibly fast with no unnecessary hassle. They have continually kept me in the know about my claim through e-mail, even though my claim only took two days to process. I would recommend them for anyone who wants the peace of mind of pet insurance and wants an insurance provider that is professional, speedy, and helpful. Also, the customer service over the phone is awesome, if case anyone has questions and would like to speak to someone.

Covers more than others, but competitive price
I chose Embrace pet insurance because it covers a portion of the actual vet cost (not a standard cost that my vet always seems to exceed by a large margin) and because it offers a Wellness component and orthopedic coverage (for a large breed dog, it is essential). The purchasing process was simple and the communication in setting up my account and transferring the necesssary information was well supported by Embrace staff. The website offers a chat function that has been truly helpful to me, answering any and all questions I had in record time. My communications with staff have felt very friendly and "small business" as opposed to the feeling like an asnwering service that wanted to find ways to complicate the process or deny claims. I stangely feel like they truly care for the health of my pet. That being said, my first claim went through in just a few days. So far, everyhting with Embrace has surpassed my expectations and encouraged my future purchase of policies. Highly recommend.

Financial Relief
My yellow Lab, Max broke a molar. My vet would not do the surgery to remove it and referred me to a specialist. I didn't hesitate, knowing that I had ASPCA insurance and I had used it in the past. The specialist cost over $1,800.00 and while certain things are not covered by the insurance I had about a $500.00 out of pocket expense. This has given me peace of mind that I can take care of my dog in any situation. I would highly recommend it to a friend.
