2nd TPLO Surgery Completed
I would like to thank Trupanion again for the help they have provided to my loving pet, Isla, and I as we went through Isla's 2nd TPLO surgery within 5 weeks. We are 1 1/2 weeks post 2nd surgery now and she is recovering amazingly well, with hardly a noticeable limp! Isla is a 3 year old lab retriever cross and we can now look forward to many more active years together. Elk Lake Vet hospital where she had both surgery performed gave high compliments to Trupanion as being one of the best companies to deal with. Without Trupanion this would have been an even more traumatic situation to deal with; however, with their support it has been as painless for Isla and I as possible. Thank you so much Trupanion, again!!! Every pet owner should have Trupanion pet insurance!!!!

You are the BEST!
You people are the BEST! Our English bulldog tore her right rear ACL and you folks covered it (after deductible). As a matter of fact, when we took our bully to her orthopedist, he noticed that we were carrying a Trupanion folder and he said thank heaven we had your service because it's simply the best service out there. We could not have afforded it otherwise. Since then, I've told every pet owner I know to subscribe and invest in your product. We could not be happier. Thank you thank you for your help and support. I wish there were an 11.

Embrace is Fantastic!!
We brought our 2 pound, 7 month old Yorkie to the vet to be neutered and to have a microchip implanted in him so that if he's ever lost he can be returned to us. My husband and I can't be more satisfied with the manner in which Embrace handled our claim. The goal of all companies should be to respond as efficiently and quickly as Embrace. The staff at Embrace is also caring.

more than i expected...fast reimbursements

Speedy and professional claims handling!
We recently submitted a wellness claim (prescription dog food and meds) and a dental rewards claim (prophylaxis) for our 6-year-old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever.We inadvertently submitted both claims on a single claim form. Not to worry. The folks at Embrace quickly split out the two claims and we received checks for both soon thereafter. Couldn't ask for a more professional staff. Thanks, Embrace!

Very responsive; prompt coverage
Our 10 years old Bouvier recently died of a nasal tumor. During the last year of his life, he incurred some big expenses (MRI, biopsies, etc). Pets Best Insurance has always been very kind and responsive (he had been insured by them his entire life), but never moreso than when the expenses became significant. They covered the 80% to any Vet any where, tests, consultations, 2nd opinions, even alternative care when we still thought he had allergies without any problem Also very kind and made a donation to Canine Cancer research after his death.
