Very reliable and quick to pay claims
We have healthy paws for our 7mth old French bulldog. He ended up getting a skin infection that he needed 4 treatments for. We claimed the treatments with healthy paws and almost exactly a week after our vet sent in the claim forms there was a check waiting in our mailbox for the exact amount they said they would repay under our 90% reimbursement level. They even checked up on our little guy after he was done treatment to make sure that everything was ok. They have been a wonderful insurance company for us and I would recommend it to anyone looking to make sure their pets stay healthy.

This is one incredible pet insurance company!
The policies at Pets Best Insurance are fair,the personnelreview claims immediately upon submission, and the Company pays the amount due the provider or pet owner promptly. Having the ability to pay the veterinarian directly is definitely a plus.

They don't cover enough
Very limited coverage. They nickel and dime you, saying that just about everything you were charged by the vet cost more than their "standard" reimbursement rates, so you only get 80% of a portion of what you paid. Plus they don't cover lots of things that vets charge you for.

Healthy Paws had my claim processed and a check in my hand before my dog's biopsy was even back! Luckily it was negative, but I am confident if she had needed further treatment the process would have been easy. Awesome service. THanks

Fast reimbursement!
Wow! I just signed up for Embrace for my puppy who is 12 weeks old. I submitted our first "wellness" claim and got an immediate response by email. It was then reviewed and the payment is on the way. It only took ten days. I was afraid they would look for every reason not to pay as some insurance companies do...not the case here! Looking forward to Embrace coverage for many years to come.

The Best Support I could have imagined!
I am so grateful I signed up with Healthy Paws. I did a lot of research & not only liked their mission of supporting homeless animals but also read good reviews. I never imagined we'd need to submit a claim within one year of signing up, but they reimbursed me so quickly, absolutely no hassle with the claim, it couldn't have been easier, & the customer reps are so sweet!

We love Pets Best!
We've had Pets Best insurance for our two dogs for more than 3 years, and it has been totally worth it. We started with them when we got our German Shepherd puppy, and we please to discover that they would also cover our older dog who was 8 at the time. Pets Best responds quickly to all claims, and they are consistent in their evaluations. We are very happy with our decision to insure our beloved pets with Pets Best.
