Superior
I can't even begin to express how thrilled I am with Embrace. When I got my puppy a several months later he was diagonsised with Severe Bilateral Hip Dysplasia. Thankfully I made the right choice for insurance and had him covered with Embrace the day we got him. Embrace has paid for surgery, paid for RX, paid for rehab, x-rays, consultations, etc. I do not have one negative thing to say. Honestly I could not ask for a better provider. Claims are paid promptly, customer service is amazing. I could not be happier with this company. A TRUE PROVIDER of PET INSURANCE from PET LOVING PEOPLE! Embrace -- is a WIN, WIN!

Best product out there - hands down
Trupantion has been supporting the care of my dog - Kalu - for around 7 months now. He is a great little pit, and has been struggling with right sided heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. This has required A LOT of diagnostic processes and A LOT of ongoing medicine, and Trupaion has been a great company to work with throughout. They really don't penalize their clients for making the right medical decisions for their animals, and that is very impressive. Thank you Trupanion!

You Can't Ask for More!
Embrace has PROVEN to be an outstanding provider in everyway. We have 4 of our pups insured with Embrace, the claim processing is prompt - very prompt! Customer Service is beyond outstanding. The actual coverage is like NONE OTHER in the VERY BEST OF WAYS and SUPERIOR QUALITY is the policy! I feel assured that my pups have the very best provider in Pet Insurance and I benefit since it is ALWAYS a pleasure dealing with such compotent and knowledgeable organization. Amazing insurance company
Trupanion is truly a lifesaver. My 15 month old dog began limping badly a couple months after I took out a policy with Trupanion. He was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia and needed operations on both of his hips. Luckily, I had paid for the hip dysplasia amendment. Thanks to Trupanion, he had his first operation three weeks ago. He will have his second surgery in a coupe of weeks. We could not have afforded to provide these operations for our dog without financial help. Trupanion has been paying 90% of all costs of this operation and we are forever grateful. Initially, they looked at all of his medical records and determined that his condition was not pre-existing. Since then, all claims we have put in have been approved in a matter of two days. Checks have come as promised and in time to pay off our credit card. The only things that I feel is lacking is that they don't pay for physical therapy. I can understand not paying for alternative medicine, but physical therapy is very needed after extreme orthopedic surgery. The price of physical therapy is out of our reach. Again, though, we are so grateful that Trupanion came to our rescue and saved our dog's life. The staff is wonderful, all angels. They are an honest company and do what they advertise without any hassle.

ASPCA insurance saved me $$$$
My cat was ill, throwing up many times. He eventually began throwing up blood. It was the middle of the night and I had to take him to a 24 veterinarian care. The bill was pricey, but I submitted my first claim and was paid a reasonable amount of it back.

Our adopted dog, unfortunately, got a fish hook up his nose. We submitted our claim and were paid according to our policy. It was prompt payment and without hassle.

Remarkable Responsive Folks
Our dog, Dayton, a combination of whatever it took to get the sweetest twenty pound woofer in the world, was T-boned three times by a big, nasty dog whose master was out to lunch. When our guy got to his feet, only three of them were working. We took him to our vet who, having taken the customary expensive X-Rays, determined that the little guy hadn't broken anything and sent us home with an anti-inflammatory. We submitted the claim (through the vet) on a Saturday. Early the following week we provided detail on the incident that the vet had not included in his report. Ten days after the claim was submitted, we were notified that a check was in the mail. I'm as impressed by the fact that Embrace trusted our account of the incident as I am with the speed of their reimbursement. It's impossible to verify the facts of such an encounter when the human and canine players have dispersed, and another company might have tried to deny our claim for lack of any supporting facts. Embrace didn't, an all-too-rare display of integrity in today's business world. I paid a bit more for this insurance because every comment I read suggested the company was in a class by itself. I second that sentiment.

Mast Cell Tumor Paid
When my dog was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor, I knew I wanted to have only the best operate on him. I took him to a board certified surgeon, and his procedure cost a total of 1900. Pets Best promptly paid 80% after the deductible, just like they promised they would. I would NEVER go with out insurance on my dogs.
