I have had this coverage for my dog for 2 years and I made some claims for the first time. Their process is very user friendly and efficient. After initial review of claim, I am receiving reimbursement in 5-6 days.

Limited coverage - Very Expensive
I have both of my dogs insured with this company, but the coverage is based on specific conditions and they reimburse almost nothing. The amounts they cover for illnesses are extremely low compared to actual veterinary costs. I do not recommend this insurance. There are other providers that reimburse a percentage of the total bill regardless of the condition, and with lower premiums.
