I have an Irish Wolfhound
I have an Irish Wolfhound. I knew he was going to need a neuter and tummy tac, and decided to take out MetLife Pet insurance. It was a $4000 operation and Met Life paid all but $400! I was very happy that they stood behind the coverage they promised. They also pay for heartworm meds- for a dog that large it is pretty pricy. Sharing my experience with other Wolfie friends!

Update: To be fair, my frustration compounded when I could not find a contact phone number anywhere in Fetch’s website. I called the shelter and was able to get a phone number to reach someone. A lovely woman named, Donna Cochran helped me put the claim in. I am very grateful to her. For $70/minth, I believe your website could be a bit tweaked in order for contact information to be available and the bot in the chat space leads to more frustration. With that being said, I edited my review and added 3 additional stars for Donna!! I uploaded my documents using the mobile app. It was unsuccessful. I tried again. I see nothing. I uploaded a receipt for my puppy's visit. It doesn't even acknowledge the claim. This insurance is a scam.

An easy process.
Unfortunately I had to file a claim when my Phoebe got sick. Filing the claim was so easy using the app. I was really worried that things wouldn't go right, but this was a smoothest process and I had my money within a week. Thank you so much for not calling and asking a lot of questions and asking for documents and going straight to the vet for that information. It made this process so easy

Great experience with Spot! I have another insurance plan for my older dog and they manage to deny everything. Spot handles claims quickly, with no hassles. They even pay for prescription food for my pup! One key things is, you've got to get signed up immediately when you get your dog, any problems they discover during the first exam will be excluded forever with Spot, or any other insurance plan.
