Nationwide is my peace of mind!
I have been telling everyone about my positive experience with Nationwide these past two years. I pay my premium in January when I get my taxes back so I have peace of mind all year. With Covid-19 I am even more grateful I have insurance. Customer service has been above and beyond. Thank you!

So far so good!
NationWide has been great so far. Only one complaint is my login for the Pet Insurance website doesn't work on their Android app. Doesn't seem all accounts are synced across the company quite yet. Otherwise it's great.

Helped us take care of our baby!
Our dog went from normal to very ill in a matter of hours. She had something called Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis, which they don't really know what the cause is, and with urgent treatment, it is likely your dog will make a full recovery. Without treatment, it can be fatal. We luckily had pet insurance so we were able to not hesitate at all to ask the vet to help our 3-year-old lab mix, Roxie, in any way he could. Our total bill was right around $2000 and with our pet insurance ($500 deductible and 90% coverage), we only ended up paying about $650 out of pocket. It was such a relief to get our baby the treatment she needed to feel better and not have to worry as much about the cost! The claims department processed her claim as soon as the claim and medical records were sent to them and mailed a reimbursement check right away. Their customer service representative, Leslie, even emailed to see how Roxie is recovering a few days after they finished processing our claims. Overall we had a wonderful experience with Healthy Paws and highly recommend all pet owners look into them when getting pet insurance.

Peace of Mind!
We have been with Healthy Paws since August, 2017. Our 3 pound poodle has had various issues from simple ear infections, tummy troubles to major abdominal surgery and even back lacerations from a large dog attack and Healthy Paws has been there for us! I would never have a pet without this insurance company! They have stood by little Blink through thick and thin! And it’s so easy to submit a claim! Literally I just take a picture of the doctor bill on my cell phone and with a simple push of a button it’s submitted! The check usually arrives within a couple of weeks! It’s that easy! If you are thinking about insurance for your pet... DO IT! Trust me Healthy Paws has reimbursed me over $10,000!!! I recommend signing up when your pet is young to secure a lower monthly rate and to have the assurance that if something big happens your 4 legged baby is covered! Blink (Poodle), Tucker (English Goldendoodle), my husband Rande and I thank you Healthy Paws! 🐾

I'm very satisfied with the service that I received from Nationawide Pet Insurance.
I am so happy that I selected Nationwide Pet Insurance for my dog. Recently my dog had to have knee surgery which costs $3,000. I submitted the claim to Nationwide for the reimbursement, in no time (4 business days) in was approved and the reimbursement was deposited in my bank account. I could not believe how fast the processed was. Thank you Nationwide Pet Insurance!
