We've had Embrace insurance for our two cats for 2+ years since they were kittens and it's been a GREAT decision. They cover a lot and the process of submitting a claim is so easy. Our cats have both had health issues so we are grateful to have insurance.

Pumpkin has great customer service
Pumpkin has great customer service. When I took my cat to the vet, and submitted my claim, Pumpkin turned it around in two days. They followed up to see how my kitty was doing, which I thought was kind of them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
They charge almost $40 a month and don’t cover a dime for any vet visit even though it should be covered. They are such a scam do not get them!

I had rush my dog in for emergency…
I had rush my dog in for emergency surgery for bloat which would have killed her. With pumpkin I was able to get her all the care she needed and I had peace of mind know that with the insurance she would get that coverage.
