Super easy and a huge relief
We've been having trouble with our little Obi coughing and being lethargic. Several visits to the hospital until they finally found out what was wrong with him. Nationwide thankfully covered these visits and made it easy to submit the paperwork.

Embrace Pet Insurance, which was recommended by my veterinarian, is an excellent company. They process claims quickly and are very fair in their coverage/reimbursement decisions. As an added plus, as a USAA member, I received a discount on my premiums. Could not be happier with Embrace.

Helped us get our dog back on her paws
I've had nationwide insurance on our pitbull mix Maxine since we adopted her at 3 years old. Shes is now 12. In that time I have thankfully only had to claim anything other then vaccines once, about five years ago when she partially tore her left acl. You covered her then and now you guys covered us again when last month Maxine torn her other acl and reinjured the left at the same time. Having insurance meant she got to the vet during covid 19, and to the emergency vet a week later. Will definitely be keeping nationwide and will insure any future pets as well.

The email claim submission process, speed of claim process and ease of payment reimbursement are all great.
I submit plenty of claims for my dog's continuing medical visits. I think it is great that we can submit forms through emails. I think it will even improve if there are online forms that we can fill out directly on the site and upload our invoices and receipts. That would be even better. Thank you!

Easy peezy!
Filing a claim is too easy, it takes approx 5min from beginning to end once you have all your personal info set up. Once I filed my claim, a couple days later $$ back in my pocket! I tell everyone how fast the turn around is.

Excellent Insurance
I have the Whole Pet With Wellness Plan for my Standard Poodle. I had the laparoscopic spay and gastropexy done on her. I submitted the claim on a Saturday and by Friday I had received notice that the claim was approved and a check was in the mail. Nationwide paid 90% of my claim, less my remaining deductible and I couldn't be happier. Owning a Poodle and worrying about vet bills can be very stressful but having the peace of mind that my Nationwide plan gives me, means so much. Thank you for having an excellent plan and giving us dog lovers peace of mind.
