Healthy Paws is AMAZING!
I am incredibly grateful for Healthy Paws. I adopted my dog Laika about 6 months ago and thought that it would be best to get her insurance because of past experiences with our other dog. This is the best decision that I have ever made. Two months ago, Laika decided to eat an entire leather dog collar with metal studs. This was the first time that she was ever allowed to stay out of her crate for a few hours when we were not home..and the last. Unfortunately, she had to get emergency surgery and the bill was over $2,000 dollars. The last thing that you want to worry about when your dog is going through something like that is money, and luckily I did not have to because of Healthy Paws. I was reimbursed 90% of that bill, in a very timely fashion. The staff is wonderful, you can tell that they truly care about the well being of your animal. They are there to answer any questions that you may have and even send you personal emails to check on your pet. You will NOT regret getting Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!

Although I was enrolled just for two months they took care of an expensive eye-surgery invoice.Within a week it was approved and payed for.Effectiveness and kindness.I highly recommend them.

RIP OFF!!
Do yourselves a favor, do NOT get trupanion insurance! They are a complete and total rip off. I called them prior to having ANY work done on my dog. Now they tell me they wont cover it!!! So Im stuck with a $4000 vet bill! You want good insurance? Go to VPI pet insurance. They are upfront about everything!

Great customer service and easy claims process
I did SO much research prior to choosing an insurance company for our dog. Friends of ours told us VPI was good, but I didn't like how claims are paid based on a scheduled amount. Embrace is fantastic! They really care about their customers, and, most importantly, the well being of the pets. The claims are paid based on the billed amount and the process to file couldn't be easier. We just filed our first claim and they kept us up to date on the progress of our claim via email. I would recommend Embrace to anyone.

Healthy Paws is Exceptional!
Healthy Paws has been fantastic! They have always been so helpful when I've called and spoken with them on the phone. We recently submitted a claim and received our reimbursement check in less that one week! Also, they were so concerned about the well being of our dog. Fantastic customer service. We will highly recommend this company to our friends!

They always do what they say they will do
I have coverage for my 2 dogs. They have had several "mishaps", and I can say that Embrace has always come through and paid exactly what the policy covers. I did a lot of online research before choosing Embrace, and I liked the ability to tailor the coverage. Additionally, the staff is uniformly helpful and always show concern. I have recommended Embrace to several people.
