I am a veterinarian. So I get good courtesy discounts on veterinary care. But I am SO GLAD that I signed up my dogs for Embrace! My young dog (barely 7) was just diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Embrace has been a huge asset to us and is giving us the ability to provide top notch care to our special dog without as much concern for the finances. Financial strain is HUGE when you have a pet. Why add that strain to an already stressful situation with a devastating diagnosis? I encourage all of my clients to sign up their pets for insurance, and Embrace is my #1 recommendation. Their client care and support is second to none. Their coverage of chronic conditions is really important. Friendly People, Good Coverage
I just completed my first claim for my dog after he had to have some skin masses biopsied. I am happy to tell you that I had no trouble getting these claims approved even though this was our first claim. Everyone I have encountered at Embrace has been friendly and very responsive to any questions I have. I recommend Embrace to anyone considering pet insurance. To me the piece of mind of that comes with having pet insurance is well worth it.

Worth every penny for coverage & peace of mind
Pets Best has come through again for us, quickly processing our claim for the continued coverage of our kitty's IBD. We initially bought the insurance for our 2 kitties because they were slightly accident prone (as kittens) and it just seemed to make sense. As they got older we added coverage, just in case. It has turned out to be one of the best decisions regarding their health that we have made. Earlier this year, out of nowhere, our boy kitty Eskimo starting vomiting regularly. It took 2 vets to figure out he had a non-normal presentation of Inflammatory Bowel Disease and it took major abdominal surgery to fully diagnose. We are still trying to get Eskimo's diet and medication correct for the IBD and each time we have had to head back to the vet to correct this, Pets Best has quickly and efficiently processed our claim. We recommend Pets Best to every pet owner we know!

this insurance company is very helpful and process
my dog when in for a recheck and i notice him limping somewhat. Vet took x-ray. they file the claimed and i received notice from my insurance co the next day and was approved within 2 days.

Great Insurance
I have a new puppy and I knew I wanted to get insurance because it isnt easy to predict what would happen in the future. I have to say that Embrace is a great insurance and they are very attentative. So grateful to Healthy Pet!
My CKCS puppy got into a dark chocolate candy bar. Very happily she is now fine because I was able to get her right to the emergency hospital. Only because I had the insurance did I act immediately. Without it, I would have waited to see how she was going to react. I wouldn't live without insurance now!
