Wonderful staff
After getting two dogs I made a spreadsheet of pet health insurance companies. After comparing coverage, and talking to various companies, I felt very comfortable going with Embrace. And my gut was correct...we had a rather large claim due to ingestion of a foreign object requiring surgery. The claim was handled very quickly and fairly. I recommend all of my new pet owner friends to get pet health insurance from Embrace; I'm so glad I went with them.

It took about 3 month to get money from aspca. They claimed that pet hospital wasnt sending them proper paperwork, pet hospital said that they did. Dont know whom to blaim, eather way - communication wasnt clear, and until i called both of them twice to confirm the nuinces, i didnt get check in mail which took only couple days after aspca confirmed receipt of documents . Other then that, am satisfied with aspca

Great service, great insurer
We got our Lab/Pyrenees mix (Macaroni) when she was 2 months old. When she wasn't even 2 years old, we learned she had congenital kidney failure, and a rare muscular disease called masticatory myositis. Trupanion has been essential in the level of care we are able to provide Macaroni. The customer service is excellent each time we call, and payment is prompt. Macaroni's health is unfortunately going downhill again, but because of Trupanion, we are going to do all we can so she'll be happy and as healthy as can be.

After faxing the claims in, I received an email for each claim submited, verifying that they had received it. Everytime a different step was completed, I received another email to let me know how the process was foing. A Trupanion representative (Heather) called me with any questions, she was very polite and professional, and then when everything was all finalized she called again to let me know how I would be receiving my payments and what the last part of the proces was/what to expect. For someone who has never used pet insurance, with Trupanion, I was never left in the dark.
