Met Life setting payment expectations
Met Life paid out the claims as expected after 3 calls to them. Met life had turned down some claims and I needed to call to explain the situation. Needed to speak to a supervisor to resolve my issue. Which she did as she said she would. Very good experience speaking with her. Otherwise a good experience with Met Life. Your payment timeline is a lot longer than 3-5 days. Might say 2-3 weeks. Need to set expectations correctly. That would be best. I would recommend Met Life Pet Insurance.

I have never had an insurance policy that has such great customer service, kind considerate personel. My claims are always processed timely and efficiently. Baer is alway the first concern. Great Service
So far everything has been going great and I am pleased that I took out this policy for my new puppies. I have not had any issues with submitting my claims and the reimbursements have been very quick, which is great when you are paying for all the shots and checkups that come along with two new pups!
