Great Customer Service!
We've been with embrace for over two years since we got our new puppy. They have been excellent to work with. They helped us build the right policy for our pup, and continue to be helpful every step of the way. Their response time is super fast and personalized. The claims process is faster than anything I've encountered with any other "insurance" on the market (health, car, etc.). I highly recommend Embrace to all our friends and family and I'm so thankful a friend of ours recommended Embrace to us.

Being a Purdue veterinary student and working as a receptionist at Paw Prints Animal Hospital has allowed me to see just how expensive pet emergencies/illnesses can be and how quickly they can occur. When I brought home my Dalmatian puppy (Ledger) almost two years ago, one of the first things I did was sign him up for Trupanion pet insurance. Thankfully, I made the right decision! Dalmatians produce high levels of uric acid and can be prone to bladder stones, so I knew turning to Trupanion was the right thing to do! He was indeed diagnosed with bladder stones this July and will now need an ultrasound of his bladder every 3 months to watch for future stone formation. If it weren't for Trupanion, I would have paid over $650 just to have the stones diagnosed and removed, and the future charges would have been waiting to add to the total cost. Thanks to Trupanion's fast claims service, 90% coverage, and rapid turnaround, I've already been reimbursed about $500 dollars! Ledger also has to eat a special diet (Hill’s U/D) to help prevent future stone formation, and Trupanion even covers approximately half of the food cost! I was able to set my own deductible, and the claims process is easy and fast! I highly recommend Trupanion to ANY pet owner. It not only has amazing benefits for puppies and kittens, but also older dogs and cats too! As a future veterinarian, I will recommend Trupanion to all of my clients! Save your money
Don't bother wasting your money on Embrace. They always deny claims. My dog had an ear infection that had nothing to do with a dermatology issue, yet that's what they cconsidered it. That's par for the course with this company. I'll be canceling the policy when it's time to renew.

smart move!
my kitten (sneakers) is a beautiful tuxedo but had a bit of a rough beginning. I found her in the engine of a car in a parking lot...only 4 weeks old and covered in grease and fleas with a burn on her head. the vet said she seemed healthy enough, but who knew what would show up later. so we thought the embrace insurance was a good idea. well, as it turns out, sneakers is very healthy, but a bit of a scoundrel and has had 1 episode of near choking on her collar and one episode of eating something that made her very sick! embrace has been the best! no hassle at all even with 2 claims in very short order! we will never cancel. sneakers loves embrace.

We have two beagles; our male dog linus required surgery for torn ligaments-there was no question regarding coverage for the type of procedure we opted to have; we could not have been more pleased. our female dog, lucy is our golden girl-she has multiple problems and we have had to submit numerous claims; they are always handled promptly and fairly. also, i find the company easy to contact, and with very friendly and knowledgeable phone staff. we have had this insurance for a few years and could not be happier. thank you so much pets best-the peace of mind makes it so worth while.
