Very Helpful
We have insurance policies on both of our dogs and the one time we submitted a claim for our bulldog the staff was very good about letting us know what they needed from us and prior vets, etc. We have these plans in effect for our dogs in the case of any major medical emergency...for minor things such as vaccine reaction checkups and the like we usually choose to just self pay. However, if you would like peace of mind knowing that your dog is covered in the event of a major accident or illness I highly recommed Embrace.

Clear possible, consistent and quick payment
Pets Best policy terms are clear and consistently applied. The company also has a great online portal that customers can use to submit claims electronically, and customers have the option of getting the payments deposited directly into their bank accounts. The response time on claims is very quick: I sometimes hear back within 24 hours, and I always receive the payment within two weeks. I've also contacted customer service a few times and always have great interactions with the representatives. The first time I used the policy was when my dog was attacked and needed extensive surgery on his leg. Pets Best paid out the full amount allowed under my policy, which was incredibly helpful. Since then, I have used the policy for smaller claims. Pets Best has always paid the claims that I submitted, even paying more than I expected one time by lumping one claim with a previous one, meaning the deductible was already met.

I have pet insurance for my dog and cat, so far I just had to use for my iggy who ate chocolate. This was my first time putting a claim in and was not quite sure how to go about it. I only had to make one phone call and the rest went smoothly.

I also love that they communicate via e-mail and update you every step of the way. It was so easy and happily, they covered what they said they would. It also realize that the deductible is not yearly but per "illness." Good to know. Oh, well, but it's still worth it.

I just want to say thanks to this company for making it possible for my dog to get the care he needs. All the worry about how I am going to pay for my pets care is not a concern anymore. I can not set my mind at ease knowing that I have this company to help me with the cost of my dogs medical bills. Their reimbursement payout is less than a week if you can believe that. They also keep you up to date with the status of the claim....which probably isn't necessary because they paid out my last claim within 2 days....there are outstanding....I refer this company to.everyone I know......thanks TRupanion
