reimbursement of heart worm meds
trying to get reimbursed for sempirica trio. a shipment i get every 6 months. you can (and likely do) track that. I submitted my invoice to get reimbursed, but the invoice did not show the item had yet shipped (it did later that day, but their system generated the invoice first). so you wouldn't pay it until i found proof of shipment. for regular cycles of drugs that are easily forecastable (and equally easy to see if there was a fraud - too frequent a request for heart worm meds), you shouldn't need that level of proof and cause me a 2nd time getting into the the system.

Don’t waste your time or money
I had Pets Best insurance for my two dogs for years and the policies and experience were great. I recently got a policy for my new pup and the Customer Service has gone downhill drastically. I canceled my policy after one month because the claims process took several weeks for one simple claim, they kept claiming to need medical records, the vet then 5-6 times, they claimed to never receive them, even after one phone call they claimed they had been received, but waiting to go to the right department and then I guess those were lost somehow, what a complete waste of time and money. The company is horrible now.
