My wife and I cannot say enough good things about ASPCA Pet Insurance. When our puppy, Coco Chanel, went through some troubling health issues, ASPCA was there for us every step of the way. During a stressful and emotional time, they made the insurance process incredibly easy and hassle-free. Every interaction we had with their team was filled with compassion, understanding, and genuine care. Claims were handled smoothly, communication was excellent, and we never felt like we were fighting to get the support we needed. Knowing that ASPCA Pet Insurance had our back allowed us to focus on what mattered most—helping Coco Chanel recover and giving her all the love and attention she needed. Compassionate and affordable

I'm very thankful I switched to this insurance company last year. I was being priced out of the other company (Embrace) as my dog got into her senior years. Spot provided packages and coverage we could afford. I did have a vet check before switching and there was one pre-existing skin tag we later had removed that they didn't cover. But I felt that was reasonable and they covered the majority of the surgery because we were removing new ones as well (less our deductible). Fast forward and our dog developed a large bump super fast. Had it removed and biopsy and it was mast cell cancer and super nasty. They covered the majority of that well, less our copay and the claim process was pretty easy and fast. When the bump came back and started spreading, we knew that was it for our almost 14 yr old girl. We had a mobile vet come and put her down and I filed our final claim. They not only got to that pretty quick, but they turned off the billing for her automatically the day after she died without me having to call. And yesterday, the sweetest representative phoned to give me heartfelt condolences and ask how I was. That was the most human, compassionate, and thoughtful decision a company has made in a long time. I would highly recommend. I've only had good experiences since switching.
