Very personal and wonderful customer service
So far my experience with Embrace has only been positive. Fortunately we haven't run into anything major with our dog, so we haven't experienced that coverage fully ... but the illness claims I have submitted toward deductible have all be handled efficiently and I'm pleased with the process! The thing I love about Embrace over the last year is that they are so kind, considerate and professional! You know that it's a real person you're communicating with and not some client-service "drone" :) I love Embrace and highly recommend it to any one looking for pet insurance!

Paperwork Confusion
I have been paid for this claim but I feel the communication between people at Embrace is a little fractured. I sent all of the appropriate paperwork on this claim probably 5 times until they emailed me back asking for it again. Also, it seems that I had a claim when they're trying to implement a new claims system and it took a month. Aside from that, the paid as expected.

Incredible Service
We are so grateful to have insurance on both of our dogs. One dog has never needed it (thankfully). However, we have had to use it far too much with our other dog. That being said, the service has been incredible. It is easy to make a claim. They are fast with confirming received claims, and letting you know how much is covered, and then sending the checks. Also, the few times I've talked to someone on the phone they have been very kind and helpful.

Old Fashioned Customer Service
Fortunately, I have not had a medical claim in the two years that coverage has been in place, but easily max the Wellness Rewards each year. Claims are easily made and quickly paid. Embrace understands that the success of its business rests on its reputation, and I have found Embrace to be proactive in its customer service - not reactive. How refreshing...

Great service
Never had pet health insurance before but with the high costs I see folks paying out for their best friends I though I should go for it. I looked at several companies and asked several vets and the most recommended was Embrace. They have replied quickly to questions and kept me up to date on claims. So far so good. Highly recomment at this time..
