I’ve never had to do any insurance claim in my life. This is my first time, and I was easy to do through the app, I spoke to a real person when I had questions and didn’t feel stupid for asking. Also, my first claim went through in under 2 days and when I spoke to someone they really seemed genuine and helpful.
