This afternoon I purchased 2 flats of prescribed canned wet food for my special-needs rescue kitty-girl. The total was $111.74 & I was grateful to my vet's assistant for faxing in the claim to Embrace immediately upon my purchase. When I got home about 2 hours later what to my wondering eyes did appear but an e-mail showing *same-day* claim reimbursement via direct-deposit of the full amount of the claim!!! WOW is all I can say - as well as "thank you Cynthia Hokes for your excellent professional handling of my claim!" I really need every penny especially this time of the year. Many thanks Embrace Pet Insurance!!!

Very nice agents who explained the entire process
I called and spoke to the insurance agent about the claim and the representative explained the entire process to me via the phone. The insurance rep advised me how long the claim would take place and what paperwork they needed. I appreciate the service and time the agent took to cover the insurance claim process.

Terrific service was provided in every way!
It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that truly cares about the quality of service they provide. Every step in the process was made so easy for me and I could focus all of my attention on my concern for my dog and his lameness, and doing what needed to be done to help him. The service was personal, timely, and sensitive. Within 24 hours my claim was processed and my reimbursement arrived within the week. I have relayed this to my veterinarian and friends with pets because I am so impressed with the concern and interest that was shown towards Rudy. Thank you, Healthypaws!

Excellent Service!
This is our second year with Embrace Pet Insurance and we could not be happier with the quick and efficient service. The wellness plan is a big plus. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of processing our first claim in 2011 when our 6-month old pup lacerated her leg and had to go to the emergency vet (July 4th holiday!). Embrace worked with us and both the emergency vet and our regular vet to process the claim quickly and get the check to us. The excellent service continued throughout the year and we renewed the insurance for 2012. In our most recent claim Embrace separated the Wellness from the injury and sent two checks. I did not expect that. We definitely will continue with Embrace.

Outstanding customer service!
Right before Christmas my Golden Retriever, Sugar Bear tore her cruciate ligament. After a visit to the vet, surgery was the recommendation. Not only was I worried about my dog, but I was also worried about the expense of surgery. I called Healthy Paws and was given the step by step procedure to file a claim once surgery was complete.I used the personalized form, my vet faxed it in the day I picked up Sugar Bear, and within hours I had an email from Healthy Paws letting me know what my claim status was. Two days later I received notice that a check was on its way! A day later the check was in my mail box! Unbelievable service! I highly recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance!

Very Pleased with Our Coverage
Without Embrace, we would not be able to afford chemotherapy. Now we are able to continue having quality time with our dog that we are still going to lose too soon. Reimbursements are quick after the initial approval.

Coverage as advertised
My cat was in great distress and needed emergency care. A combination of ingested hair from grooming and constipation, she was blocked. My claim was handled timely and professionally. I am glad that Embrace was there for us and was completely satisfied.
