Service was fantastic. They paid my claim promptly with no issues. It was even down to the penny of what I expected. They let you know up front what is covered and what isn't, and stick to it! Don't know what I would have done without Healthy Paws!

Weim general illness
Embrace has been a great tool during the first few years of raising our 2 yr old Weim. From skin issues to general illness, all of the claims we've submitted that are covered under our policy, have been handled accurately and professionally. Plus, any reimbursements have been paid promptly. I would definitely suggest Embrace to anyone who asks.

We love Embrace!
Our Portuguese Water Dog is almost 2 and has had Giardia 5 times. She's also gotten a foxtail in her paw and was attacked by a cat (of all things!), which resulted in a couple of expensive visits to the emergency vet. We're thrilled that we have Embrace coverage. The customer service is friendly and excellent. They always send an email to give us an estimate of when we'll hear from them on the claim and we always know what has been reimbursed. We don't have drug coverage, but beyond that, everything has been reimbursed at the 90% rate we chose. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Embrace for pet insurance!

Satisfied!
Have had Embrace for just 6 months for our Puppy Golden Retriever. We have a high deductible just to protect us from the big stuff....but had an emergency room visit for torn pads on the front paws.......claim went well, kept me informed on a regular basis via email, and easy draw down of our deductible. First claim seemed to go just fine after getting all the paperwork sent in!

VERY Pleased With Coverage
I got coverage for my dog Pogo for his 10th birthday. Almost 2 years later, busy Pogo had his first claim -- from a run-in with a squirrel. He had an emergency care visit and 2 visits to my vet -- and everything was covered. Now all 3 pets have coverage -- I would never go without pet insurance on any pet again. VERY happy! Would I recommend Pets Best? I DO, frequently.

Customer Service is Fantastic
I've been a Healthy Paws customer for two years and have great experience after great experience. My claims haven't even been that large, a torn dew claw and another one for a foxtail removal. But every time Healthy Paws has delivered as promised with speed and very personal service. One of the top customer service companies in any industry!

For Wellness Claims, Embrace is fantastic!
My husband brought home a new kitten last May, and we decided to sign him up for pet insurance. Having never purchased pet insurance before, we chose Embrace based on the reviews seen here and through word of mouth. We have both a Wellness Policy and an Accident/Illness Policy. We have primarily submitted Wellness claims for our kitten, which have been processed very quickly with no hassle. We have recently submitted an Illness claim, which is taking a bit longer, but I suspect it is because they have to take a look at our deductible. Overall, we are very pleased with Embrace. We look forward to being with them for years to come.

Great coverage and piece of mind
We have had Embrace for a few years now and have been very satisfied. We have coverage for our cat and have had to submit illness claims on a few occasions for recurring stomache issues. Embrace covered everything, including fluids, pain med and anti nausea injections, no questions asked. Its great to have peice of mind when our pet is sick, knowing that caring for him wont be a finacial burden. Each time Embrace acknowledged receipt of my claims within a couple of days and processed the claim checks within a month. And they are always very courteous and professional in their communications.
