Thank you so much for caring about our little kitty Louie. He is our little darling. He's been sneezing and wetting like a little sweetie. My Anthony loves animals so much and I volunteered for aspca years ago. And we took in little Louie our kitty and give him so much love. I was sceptical I must admit
I was sceptical I must admit, but once I submitted our first claim for our puppy’s illness I quickly changed my mind. Embrace reimbursed the cost within two days. Thankfully our puppy has recovered and is back to her normal spunky self.

WELCOME BRUCE
Since Bruce is new to our family and was in foster care for about 2 months prior to April 5, 2025, I don't have any medical records to share. From my understanding, before being fostered, he was in a home with an elderly person who could no longer take care of him. At the vet, Bruce received basic shots and was neutered and chipped, if he wasn't already when he arrived at Oberlin Animal Hospital. He originally was taken in to Oberlin on 11/20/24. It was noted that he was under weight, so the foster mom fed him 4 times a day to get him up to par.

Quick and effortless
My breeder had set up the puppies with the 6 week trial plan. Within the first week of the puppy being home he had stopped eating. The vet diagnosed him with lack of gut motility and he needed to spend over a day at the emergency hospital on IV fluids. Pets plus us reimbursed for the maximum amount of the trial plan ($1000.00) and were very helpful to get me setup on a permanent plan which also gave me the first month free. Since I moved from trial to permanent with no lapse in coverage, his issue isn’t considered a pre-existing condition moving forward. The claim was processed within days and I received my cheque promptly. Great service!
