Pleasantly Surprised with Pets Best
I filed a claim with Pets Best and received a decision in 17 days - way ahead of the typical 30-day timeframe. Pets Best even took the time out to apologize for the delay a few days before that. I didn't think there was one! My claim was accepted. I've always heard horror stories of people haggling with insurance companies and having their claims drawn out over long periods, but with Pets Best, it was so easy and quick. Thank you to all at Pets Best for your graciousness.
Ruptured Anal Gland
"I was out walking my dog Otis and noticed a ball like substance on his anus. I showed this too my wiife and while she was inspecting this substance it exploded all over her. My pet Otis had suffered a ruptured Anal Gland that abcessed and exploded. We rushed him to Tufts Veterinary Emergency Treatment in Walpole MA and We waited 4 hours as the physicians treated him and cleaned up the infection. They administered him IV antibiotics and Gabapenten for the pain. They had to sedate him to perform their work. We were sent home with pain medication and a 2 week supply of antibiotics. Needless to say the bill for services and treatment was eye popping. The following morning I submitted my claim to Pets Best and they processed it immediatly. Thank god for having a great Animal Hospital in my location and for Pets Best for their incredible insurance coverage. Happy to say Otis is now healed and is acting like his old self."
It is so difficult to understand the…
It is so difficult to understand the policy. I have been submit a claimed and still pending that I don't understand at all what the problem. There is request the medical records from 7/29/2024 which I don't have a puppy yet. I have my puppy in Jan,2025. He got sick in Jan 29 and I couldn't claim that one because of the insurance that I bought was not kick in yet. But after that still now all the claimed I submitted is still pending.

$1200 vet bill
$1200 vet bill Received $190 back from Fetch Even after vet clarified report that kitten did not have a pre existing condition. Have been paying $150 month for two kittens for 8 months I feel like I was fleeced. Sent in paperwork and police case number for missing cat. Discovered Fetch denied receipt. Have to resend information. How convenient they don't have the police case number. Was not reimbursed for advertising material nor $150 replacement costs for another cat. A shocking experience. I will not be giving my money to Fetch ever again.
