Glad we insured with Happy Paws
Healthy Paws Insurance definitely came through for us in record time. Our year old puppy was hit by a car two days before Thanksgiving and had to have surgery and a plate for a broken pelvis. After gathering all the requested records we filed the claims and receive our 80% reimbursement on December 13. They are very efficient.

Best decision I ever made!
The year before we found HealthyPaws, my husband and I were in the position of not being sure we could afford to save our cat's life. He was facing the possibility of an expensive (for us) surgery and we just didn't have the money. Thankfully, he ended up not needing the surgery and made a fully recovery, but I will never forget the feeling of thinking I was going to lose my pet simply because I couldn't afford his medical expenses. I will never forget the tears in my husband's eyes as we discussed euthanizing our young cat. Soon after that, we found Healthy Paws pet insurance. We have been happy customers of Healthy Paws for three years now and do not have a single complaint. We chose Healthy Paws because they offer the most comprehensive coverage for the most reasonable monthly premium, and they always have high ratings for customer service. In the last three years, we have had to make two major claims for our young dog, both more than $1000. Having Health Paws was the difference between losing sleep over the vet bills (no longer necessary) and being able to take our dog to the vet when he needs it and say "Do what you need to do." The first time we filed a claim was only a few months after we had signed up. One Sunday morning, our American Bulldog started vomiting and wouldn't stop, so we took him to the emergency vet. I signed up for Healthy Paws Insurance after bringing my pomeranian into the US 10 months ago. Outstanding Service and Team
Your staff and your services are absolutely phenomenal! I have been in the customer service business for 34 years and train people on customer service and you have the perfect combination of well trained staff members as well as a great service to offer. I have spoken or emailed at least a half a dozen staff members and not only are they knowledgable but they are pleasant, professional and very quick to respond. I don't recall all of their names but Mac and Karin are the two I dealt with the most (I just added my puppy and had several claims here at year end.) Working with your staff and company has been very enjoyable. I have told my vet on more than one occasion how superior Embrace is to the other two Pet Ins companies I have used in the past. I only wish the health insurance industry as a whole had the same level of service and customer support as Embrace. Keep up the great customer service. You have an awesome team and a great service
