Great Customer Service
I have 2 dogs under this co. The CS is awesome. If you have a question, they'll email you back ASAP. Usually within minutes. They have worked with us when we were behind payments. They let you know when a claim is bring processed. My only two complaints are dental (regular updates) aren't included...and the claim refunds take a little time to actually get back to you, as well as pre-approvals.... Otherwise they are great!

When our 2-year-old collie mix Niles got sick, the last thing we wanted to think about was finances. We just wanted to do everything we could to make sure he got the best care possible - which unfortunately meant a night in the hospital. We were lucky to get good news the next morning, and within a couple days Niles had made a full recovery. Healthy Paws covered more than 90% of our bills! Knowing we had that kind of support was a huge comfort and allowed us to focus on our dog instead of our bank account when it mattered most.

Petsbest Stepped Up
Four years ago, a little Siamese was found wandering the streets in a local Long Island community. Knowing that I was partial to Siamese, a local rescue group asked me to "foster" her. You can guess how temporary that turned out to be. A sweeter, more fearless, more cuddly little girl I had yet to find. She stepped into the very large pawprints left by the loss of my 17 year old Bluepoint Siamese. Then suddenly, tragically, she was gone, the victim of a 100% fatal illness called FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). Although I had heard of this disease, I had never encountered it in my decades of cat ownership, believing that it was limited to hoarders, shelters or stray cat populations. I've since learned that thousands of seemingly healthy cats, some from breeders, others not, have fallen prey to this courge. In the blink of an eye, less than three weeks, the eager-eating, in-your-face, social butterfly was a ravaged shell. I helped her to cross the Rainbow Bridge a week ago. I've had pet insurance for years on all of my pets, hoping that I would never have anything catastrohic enough to use it. I would like to thank Petsbest for making reimbursement of my vet bills nearly seamless. Within a day of filing a claim, I received an acknowledgment and notification of process; within a week of filing each claim, I had a check in the mail. THE Best!
If you are considering getting pet insurance (you should) and you don't know which one to choose, you should choose Embrace, hands down. 1) Awesome, personal customer service. A group of actual people who actually care. 2) Variety of plans, deductibles, and co-pays to choose from. You can find something affordable that meets your needs. 3) Unlike other pet insurance companies, Embrace pays you what you paid the vet. They don't arbitrarily decide whether or not the testing or treatment you pet had is "reasonable or customary" and deny payment for certain things. They literally pay you what you paid, minus your deductible and co-pay. 4) They are quite fast about paying claims, even by snail mail, but if you sign up for direct deposit, it's lightening fast! We just had a number of claims in a row for visits, testing, and treatment of our cat's lymphoma and in the middle of it, I signed up for direct deposit. I can't tell you how happy I am that I did. In short, I cannot describe to you how happy we are with Embrace. Truly a stand-out company that I hope will never change their winning ways.

Best Pet Insurance Ever!
My 1 year old german shorthaired pointer had to have surgery to remove a rock that he had eaten. I had only had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for a few months and was not sure what to expect. I quickly found that there was no need to be concerned! After submitting all the required information for my claim, Healthy Paws did exactly what they said they would do! Not only did they reimburse me, they followed up and asked how my dog was doing! I am so impressed with their customer service. Everyone has been wonderful, whether on the phone or by email. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
