Excellent Service from Healthy Paws!
I researched several insurance companies before choosing Healthy Paws and mainly chose this one because of the coverage for the price as well as the great reviews from other happy customers. I had to take advantage of the coverage only a month after getting the policy due to my dog's apparent fondness for poisonous mushrooms found in our yard. Teddy spent two days at the vet, including monitoring his condition, blood tests and replenishing his fluids needed for dehydration. Fortunately he is recovering nicely. It was such a relief to be able to authorize treatment knowing much of the cost would be covered by insurance. The claims process was simple and quick. I will definitely recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends with pets.

Wish MY health Insurance was as good!
I bought Trupanion insurance for my Golden Brandon when he was 1 year old, thinking that I wouldn't need it until he was elderly - was I ever wrong! He is an avid tennis ball fanatic & he managed to wear down & destroy all four of his canine teeth before the age of 3. The teeth were dead or dying at the time I took him to a doggie dentist. The options were extraction of all 4 teeth or root canals. I chose the root canals but did not want them to be filled with amalgam (no metal or mercury in my boy's mouth!), so the dentist filled them with a composite material & then took impressions for four crowns which now completely cover the teeth. His teeth look good as new now & there are no toxic compounds in his mouth.I live in New York & the cost was astronomical - $6,710! Thank God for Trupanion: they paid $5,547 and I was only out-of-pocket $ 1,163. I am so grateful not to have had the financial burden of paying for his treatment! I have a doggie daycare business & have since replaced all tennis balls with rubber chuckit balls in the hopes that this doesn't happen to any other dogs. I also recommend Trupanion to all my clients because the peace of mind is priceless! Thank you Trupanion!

Thankful for Pet Insurance
Buddy is an active 12 year old Lab. We've had ASPCA Insurance for several years for him and glad that we invested in the insurance. The latest debacle that ASPCA helped out on was a javelina attack while we were in AZ. Buddy escaped from our grasp to catch up with a large javelina, which gored him badly. Not only was it terrifying that we might have lost our family member, but the costs for his surgery could have been astroniomical without the coverage. The insurance helped us a lot. And it is really a piece of mind to know that if something like this happens or if Buddy is very ill, we have ASPCA on our side. The investment is well worth it for us.

Incredibly fast claim turnaround
I submitted a claim through my Wellness Rewards account via fax, the day that I received the charges. Within 24-hours, my claim had been reviewed, and I was issued, as promised, a full refund as per my Wellness Rewards contract. Now THAT is delivering on a promise. Very impressed!

Best decision we made for our dog
Buying this policy from Healthy Paws for our dog Brooklyn when she was a puppy was one of the best decisions we ever made. And Healthy Paws is just about the best company we’ve ever worked with. A few months after we bought the policy, Brooklyn was diagnosed with cancer. Now, after a year and a half of treatment for malignant mast cell tumors, her doctor has essentially declared her cancer free. With the support of Healthy Paws – who was always responsive to our needs, easy to communicate with, and fulfilled every requirement of the insurance agreement – we were able to navigate what otherwise would have been a burdensome and expensive treatment program for Brooklyn. Doesn't Get Any Better
I cannot imagine ever having to compare pet insurance policies again. I couldn't be happier with my choice of Embrace when our Cav King Chas Spaniel, Chloe, was just a puppy. She has had some health problems over the years and recently needed abdominal surgery. Every single time we have submitted a pre-authorization request or a claim for services, Embrace has responded quickly and payment of claims has been fast. This is a wonderful service - a top-notch business. If you are shopping for a pet healthcare policy, you have found it!
